Coldplay Rewards Fans

The band recently revealed that anyone who attends a concert from Coldplay’s Viva La Vida summer tour will receive a free live album, entitled “LeftRightLeftRightLeft.” Coldplay not coming to your hometown? Not to worry, starting May 15th fans everywhere will be able to download the album from the band’s website.

Most of LeftRightLeftRightLeft‘s track listing comes from either their newest full album Viva La Vida, or the EP Prospekt’s March, with fan favorites such as “Fix You” and “Clocks” (and more,) coming from other albums. Here is a full track listing of the songs that will appear on the new album, all recorded live; Glass of Water, 42, Clocks, Strawberry Swing, The Hardest Part/Postcards From Far Away, Viva La Vida, Death Will Never Conquer, Fix You, and Death And All His Friends.

Despite some recent rumours, Coldplay is not breaking up. Band leader Chris Martin has confirmed this in interviews. Coldplay is also reportedly working on new material with Viva La Vida producer Brian Eno. Hopefully we’ll get a bit of a taste of this new material as Coldplay headlines two music festivals this summer, New Jersey’s All Points West, and Montreal’s Osheaga.
